Refund Policy

Our ebooks are digital products delivered immediately after payment. Because access cannot be returned in the same way as a physical item, completed digital purchases are generally final.

When we will help

Please contact us if you were charged more than once, received a corrupted or inaccessible file, did not receive the product described on the sales page, or believe a purchase was made without your authorization. We will first try to fix access or provide the correct file. Where that is not possible or appropriate, we may issue a replacement or refund.

How to request support

Email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase. Include your order number, checkout email and a short explanation. Do not send payment-card details by email.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Your payment provider or bank controls how long the credit takes to appear. Refunded orders lose access to their associated downloads.

This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
